StudLiner provides concrete protection from mechanical damage, corrosive and erosive environments in a wide range of industrial, municipal and civil applications. StudLiner is manufactured in thicknesses of 80 mil (2.0 mm) to 200 mil (5.0 mm).

HDPE protective liners provide concrete protection from mechanical damage, corrosive and erosive environments in a wide range of industrial, municipal and civil applications, such as concrete storage tank protection. Concrete protective liners are manufactured in thicknesses of 2.0mm, 3.0mm and 5.0mm. US FUSION also offers other HDPE Embed products from various manufacturers ranging from 2.0mm to 12.0mm thicknesses.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene maintains excellent physical and chemical properties. Its principal application is for concrete sealing and protection. Existing concrete structures can also be relined.
Polypropylene quality is assured through extensive programs via internal and external control by state authorized testing institutes. From raw materials to finished sheets, quality controls are executed that result in the issue of works certificates. The seaming of concrete protective liners is carried out by extrusion welding. The correct installation of polypropylene paramount to integrity and performance, is only performed by qualified technicians.

PVC Embed Liners are often used to line tanks,sumps, neutralization basins, clarifiers, thickeners and other structures. PVC has been recognized for the outstanding corrosion protection it provides in sewage treatment plants and as a liner for concrete sewer pipe, along with large diameter concrete waste effluent piping in many different industrial facilities.
