- Zero leak allowance due to butt fusion joints
- Zero corrosion issues and costs
- No cathodic protection necessary on piping or plastic fittings
- Very low water hammer due to fully restrained butt fusion joints
- No long term maintenance needed for flushing or corrosion damage
- Flexible piping allows for HDD (horizontal directional drilling) installation
- Long bending radii allows for omission of some fittings
- Pipe can be red striped for Identification at later date.
